Statement

The Cultural Center of Spain Juan de Salazar is part of the Network of Cultural Centers of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development. Inaugurated in Asunción, Paraguay in 1976. Among its lines of work, support for local artistic creation stands out, with a Cooperation Program for the Visual Arts of Paraguay. The cultural center has two large galleries, knows Salas Goya; Every year, they host temporary exhibitions where expographic and curatorial projects focused on the intersection between Art, Politics, Memory and Society are prioritized. On the other hand, the cultural center seeks to expand the artistic scene with a special interest in the development of young creators and curators.
