Tranvía 13 - Project Space is a place to develop, support and promote art. It regularly organizes talks, seminars, workshops and, this year, it presents the first edition of Estación / Lab 13 - Artist Residency. This latest project created by Joaquín Sánchez and Silvana Domínguez, with the support of the Culture Funds for Citizens’ Projects 2023 by the Paraguayan government.
