Installations by Marcos Benítez
For this new edition of Pinta Sud | ASU, an exhibition will be held at the Textilia complex (Gral. Santos and Concordia), a former factory that will be transformed into an exhibition space to house a series of objects and installations related to three Paraguayan ceramic villages with which the artist works.
Marcos Benítez is a contemporary visual artist from Paraguay. He developed an oeuvre on the border between academic traditions of Paraguayan modern art and contemporary and popular expressions, with engraving productions that dialogue with Paraguayan popular art from a conceptual perspective.
